Outdoor Properties

You may now reserve properties online! Please read instructions below before making your reservation. For questions regarding property reservations, please contact Debbie Patterson at 877.474.2248 or 317.924.6821.

1. Review the facilities available for your troop.
2. Reserve your facility online or complete one of our reservation forms and return to your local showcase.
3. Please review our reservation and cancellation policy before booking your overnight experience.

Once you're ready to reserve your reservation online please read the instructions below (you may want to print this page before beginning.)

After clicking the link below:

Select “Properties”
Enter the date range you are interested in
Select use type (Day, Overnight or Weekend)
Select at least 1 unit (you can check units individually, check all units, or check all units at a specific property)
Click on “Check Availability”
A calendar will appear showing what is available.
Click on the date and property you are interested in to reserve it.
You will be prompted for your information to request the site.
For the “Notes” section: type any other important information.
Please note that the “Equipment Requested” and the “Items for Approval Turned In” sections are for office use only.
In the “Fees” section select “Council” or “Non-Council” from the drop down menu under unit fees. "Non-Council" fee applies to any outside group other than Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. The fee for these user groups is double the amount for GSCI members.
In the “Deposit” section select “Council” or “Non-Council” from the drop down menu under deposit fees.
Click “Submit” at the bottom of the page and you will be prompted for your credit card information.
Enter the Deposit Fee Amount in the “Deposit Due” box. This will be applied to your balance for your reservation.

After submitting your information, you will get a message thanking you for your reservation request. Your credit card will be charged at this time. After your request has been processed at the GSCI Service Center, you will receive a separate confirmation as soon as the registration is approved. In the event that the property is not available, we will contact you to schedule another date or issue a refund.

Property Update

On March 24, after careful and thoughtful consideration, Girl Scouts of Central Indiana's board of directors voted to accept the recommendations of the property plan presented by Kaleidoscope, a property consulting firm.
